Our Sweet & Simple service is perfect for those couples who have done their own planning, but would like some assistance during the month before the wedding, and no worries on the big day!

Any time during your planning process, I am here to help answer questions and give advice.

• An Initial Consultation, and up to Three Planning Meetings
After our first meeting, we will have a site walk-through, final wrap up meeting, and any other meeting of your choice!

• Communication with hired vendors
4-6 weeks prior to your big day we will contact your wedding vendors to confirm arrangements, check delivery times and oversee contracts.

• Communication with venue
Many religious venues have detailed guidelines that may be overlooked resulting in an unhappy surprise on rehearsal night!  One Part Whimsy will make sure all requirements are addressed in advance.

• Preparation of detailed timeline and schedule for the big day

• Oversight and Placement of Décor
From programs and place cards, to candles and favors, guest books and signs, we will oversee the placement of all items not handled by a specific vendor.

• Distribution of Vendor Payments and Gratuities
On the day of the wedding, payment should be the last thing on your mind!  One Part Whimsy will make sure all of your vendors receive the appropriate payment and/or gratuities.

• Collection of Gifts and Personal Belongings
At the end of the evening, One Part Whimsy will make sure all gifts are packed and all personal belongings are collected and accounted for.

• Coordination of Rehearsal
We will make sure the rehearsal runs smoothly and on time, that all family and members of bridal party know where they need to be and when, and that musicians and clerical staff are all on the same page!

• Complete Coordination of Wedding Day
Beginning with set-up and ending with tear down, One Part Whimsy will make sure all details are covered, all of the day's events flow seamlessly and your wedding dreams come true.
